How to wash
As with any garment, you should always refer to the care instructions on each individual piece for the best way to care your knitwear. We've put together some additional tips to help you get the best from your knits:
- We do not recommend using a wool wash on your knits, which we know seems counter intuitive, but trust us! Wool washes contain strong chemicals and bleaching agents, causing the dye in your knitwear to run. Opt for a gentle or delicates detergent instead.
- Washing your knitwear by hand in a gentle detergent will help to retain its color and softness. For an extra soft finish, try washing your knits in a gentle hair conditioner – the natural fibers will soak it up and leave your garment feeling super soft and fabulous.
- After hand washing, gently roll your knit up in a clean towel to draw out any excess moisture. Gently reshape your knit while wet, and always allow your knitwear to drip dry laid flat in shade – on top of a drying rack or washing line is ideal.
